About the Role:

Provides specialized administrative support to Human Resources (HR) leaders, and other HR Team members with complex details and advanced administrative duties. May handle special projects and execute research and data analysis tasks. Coordinates HR activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company employees at all organizational levels to gather information, relay information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be in various HR functional areas.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Completes special projects supporting HR operations and/or other functions such as, but not limited to, filing, tracking, mail / package distribution, employee records, HR documents and special visitors.Responsible for coordinating the complete new hire experience, including organizing orientation sessions, processing essential documentation and agreements, sending welcome communications, and coordinating all onboarding materials, activities, and presentations.Responsible for maintaining employee files and documentation systems, serving as administrator for multiple HR platforms (Visual Vault, I-9 portal, SharePoint), and processing contracts and invoices while tracking HR operations processes.Coordinates departmental operations including coordinating HR meetings and maintaining team calendars, processing expense reports and benefit invoices, handling office supply procurement, coordinating vendor relations and purchase orders, plus performing additional administrative duties as needed.Addresses diverse routine and non-routine employee inquiries, coordinates team events and wellness initiatives, and provides support for both HR-specific and company-wide programs.Oversee compliance documentation and labor law postings, maintain HR filing systems and official correspondence, and monitors the compliance calendar to ensure organizational adherence to regulatory requirements.Anticipates needs of senior leaders and proactively plans, implements, and executes daily tasksVarious administrative and operational HR projects as needed and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:High School Diploma / Associate's degree and 2+ years of related experienceHRIS and procurement systems experience is preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills, organization skills, and high attention to detailProfessional demeanor, high initiativeAbility to work efficiently and with limited supervisionAbility to interact with employees at all levelsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft SuiteStrong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to maintain confidentialityApplies understanding of company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasksUnderstands how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives#LI-LS1

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $22.96-$33.28. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
