Job Description
The HR Administrative Assistant will primarily focus on providing recruitment support, ensuring smooth coordination of interview logistics, and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation. The role also includes benefits administration, with responsibilities such as reviewing monthly benefits invoices and assisting with benefits enrollment.
ResponsibilitiesPost job openings on internal and external platforms.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates.Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation.Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and status updates.Review and reconcile monthly benefits invoices for accuracy.Collaborate with payroll and benefits vendors to resolve discrepancies.Assist with benefits enrollment and changes as needed.Essential SkillsHuman resources experience, with at least 1 year of recruiting experience.Proficiency in premium reconciliation and enrollment processes.Strong understanding of benefit terminology.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in HR or administrative support is preferred.Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR systems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Work Environment
Monday-Friday, onsite in Oakdale, MN (flexible start/end time). The role offers a structured environment with opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
