HR Administrative Assistant

Description

Recruitment Support (Primary Focus):

Post job openings on internal and external platforms

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates

Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation

Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and status updates

Benefits Administration:

Review and reconcile monthly benefits invoices for accuracy

Collaborate with payroll and benefits vendors to resolve discrepancies

Assist with benefits enrollment and changes as needed

Skills

Human resources

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred

Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
