We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing third party invoice processes and supporting various day-to-day site administrative activities. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals starting their careers in administration, especially those with some relevant experience.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the receipt, organization, and processing of 3rd party invoices.Verify invoice accuracy and completeness before processing for payment.Maintain filing systems for invoices and relevant documentation.Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice inquiries.Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, managing business travel, and handling correspondence.Support the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.Facilitate corporate documentation requirements.Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Support employee engagement and business activities conducted remotely, on-site or at an external venue.Provide general support to the Country Manager in running site operations.Education & Experience
Education - Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.Experience - Previous experience in an administrative role or in invoice management is advantageous.Fresh Graduates Welcomed - Relevant internship or coursework in administration or accounting are considered a plus.Language: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Key Attributes: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude; Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.#LI-OS1
