What will  we do together?

Handling employee requests in the ticketing system and assigning them to the appropriate departments, Comprehensive maintenance and archiving of personnel files and employee documentation, Administrative support for employee benefits and communication with providers, Managing employee data in benefit systems, including updates, registrations, and removals, Invoice processing and cooperation with the accounting department, Administering access to the employee portal and basic HR tools, Scanning documents and preparing materials for audits and labor inspections (PIP), Creating HR reports and system-based summaries, Providing administrative support in daily HR team operations.

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment,Minimum B2 level of English (both written and spoken),Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel),Familiarity with HR systems/tools is an advantage,Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in daily tasks,Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships,Proactive attitude with a willingness to suggest and implement process improvements,Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
