HR Admin Specialist

We’re looking for a meticulous and organized admin and contract specialist to join our HR team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth handling of administrative tasks and accurate processing of all employee contracts and documentation. You’ll be the backbone of HR operations, supporting both day-to-day admin and long-term compliance needs.

Contract & Documentation Management:
Attendance & Timekeeping:
Monitor and track employee attendance, absences, and leaves through the KARA system.Ensure accuracy in attendance records and escalate discrepancies for resolution.Generate reports for payroll, performance reviews, and compliance audits.Support employees with attendance-related inquiries and issues.HR Administration:
Support HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and promotions.Manage and update employee records in the HRIS and related systems.Track and report on key HR metrics such as contract status, documentation completion, and attendance compliance.Cross-Functional Support:
Coordinate with finance and legal teams for payroll-related documentation and audits.Assist with visa/work permit processes for foreign employees (if applicable).Help implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.2+ years of experience in HR administration or contract management (preferably in a tech company).Familiarity with Iranian labor law and HR practices.Experience using KARA or similar attendance/time-tracking systems is a strong plus.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.Excellent written and verbal communication in Persian (English is a plus).Proficiency in Excel and Word is a must.
