If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** Summary Description of this Position: Researches, analyzes, interprets data related to corporate benefit plans and programs. Monitors benefit trends in the business environment and must stay abreast of applicable benefits legislation Essential Functions of this Position (list in order of most important to least important): · Develop and generate reports and analysis from single or multiple systems. · Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure data files are accurate. · Assist in plan design analysis. · Identify patterns and trends in benefits data. · Liaise with finance team in reviewing financial reports. · Executing investigations or audits that identify, evaluate and measure potential healthcare fraud and abuse. · Collaborate with key business partners to evaluate their data. · Partner with HRIS to ensure data integrity of benefits data. · Translate complex data sets into reports and presentations for management. · Review and process benefits invoices. **Required technical and professional expertise** Experience Requirement: * Three to five years of experience in a compensation, benefits, payroll, data analysis or related position. * Experience with human resources information systems. * Finance/accounting experience preferred. * Project management experience preferred. Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:· · Highly proficient level of data analysis knowledge. · Significant business and/or financial acumen. · Ability to effectively analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights. · Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. · Knowledge of HR systems and processes IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
