Performs record keeping duties for the department, with various systems. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities + Assists in completion of paperwork necessary. + Assists employees in completion of various forms, obtains answers in response to tax, benefit, payroll and assists with system access and troubleshooting questions for all systems (Payroll, LMS, TimeKeeping). + Receives, forwards telephone messages to department and assists with team member requests. + Receives outside requests relating to personnel matters and responds appropriately. Maintains confidentiality of Human Resources and other associated matters + Maintains and keeps employee files organized and current. + Stays current on applicable federal and state labor and employment laws relating to Baldwin Filters. + Operates general office equipment including personal computer, calculator, and copy machines. + Is responsible for quality and safety of own work and compliance of all company procedures and policies.
