Minimum requirements:
Matric certificate (Grade 12) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Paymaster or similar HR/payroll software Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Comfortable working in a farm-based office environment Fluent in English or Afrikaans (both an advantage); Xhosa is a bonus Discreet and professional when handling confidential information Friendly, approachable, and a team player Calm under pressure and eager to learn Keen interest in human resources and long-term growth within the company
