The HPEFS Partner Business Manager (PBM) is responsible for selling HPEFS solutions into key assigned partners and accounts. Solutions include financing and asset management including HPEFS Asset Lifecycle services.
You will be expected to understand the business priorities for each partner and deploy financial offerings to help meet their customer needs. You will also work directly with customers to help them maximise their investment in technology. You will also work closely with HPE and HP sales and partner teams to educate, build relationships and drive profitable sales within assigned accounts and partners. This role is a mix of both account management and new business acquisition.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage the partner and/or customer relationship as the primary point person at HPEFS assuming responsibility for the successful implementation of financing solutions & asset lifecycle solutionsEducate and train the HPE and HP and Partner sales teams on the benefits of HPEFS offerings to close multiple opportunities within an assigned customer or partner setProspect, qualify, propose and close HPEFS transactions with customersPass deal leads outside of assigned territory to appropriate HPEFS sales teamUse internal & external digital tools to help identify key influencers within partner accounts to help increase the HPEFS attach rates.Work with assigned partners and customers to identifying opportunities to position the entire HPEFS portfolioEffectively use all of HPEFS digital CRM platforms (Salesforce) to actively manage open pipeline of opportunities & accurately forecast business resultsActively engage with all cross functional teams within the HPEFS organisation to help create a positive customer/partner experience as an end-to-end teamBe accountable for meeting/exceeding quotaAbout You:
3 years’ sales experience, selling to Commercial accounts, achieving revenue targetsChannel or End user Sales experience within New Zealand or Australia highly regardedPrevious experience working in a Captive Finance Company or Partner Financial Services role preferred.Knowledge of finance industry offerings & ability to differentiate HPEFS business value from competitive offerings highly regardedPrevious experience in executing plans & being a trusted single point of contact for your customersAble to build & maintain successful relationships with partnersExceptional communication, negotiation & presentation skillsGood business acumenAbility to work effectively in virtual team environments & under pressurePrevious experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce.com a plus)Additional Skills:
