Providing update of financial forecastsRaising and tracking purchase requestsTrack and ensure invoice paymentsProviding monthly cost reportsCooperation with finances and purchasing departmentsTracking and renewing support and maintenance contractsActing as first level support for HPC users

Your background:

Understanding of financial process and cost center managementGood Skills in Microsoft Excel & SharePointPlanview knowledge nice to haveFluent in EnglishProven ability to manage and prioritize tasksMethodical approach to problem solving and resolutionSelf-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independentlyPro-active, quick learner who is interested in learning new technologies and seeks new solutionsCapable to work globally and independently across different teamsHands-on and “can-do” attitude
