Job ResponsibilitiesMonday 10am to 5pm, Wednesday 10am to 5pm, Friday 10am to 4pmProvide tailored housing support and guidance to clients, assisting them in securing and maintaining suitable accommodation.Develop and implement individual support plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met.Offer advice on tenancy rights, responsibilities, and available housing options.Build strong relationships with clients, offering emotional support and practical assistance.Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to facilitate access to additional resources and support services.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities to promote best practices.Monitor client progress and adjust support strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes.

Required Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in housing support, social work, or related fields is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for case management and record-keeping.Knowledge of tenancy laws, housing regulations, and local authority procedures.Confident in report writingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a busy environment.Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respectful engagement with clients and colleagues.
