Collaborates with staff and landlords to resolve issues, maintains detailed records, and provides support across the program as needed. Job Responsibilities Responsible for performing timely and accurate rent calculations for current or prospective clients with a Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contract; Responsible for collecting and reviewing Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) documentation in order to determine its accuracy for program eligibility; Responsible for responding to any inquiries and resolving any calculation problems in a timely and efficient manner and consults with his/her supervisor, when needed; Maintains up-to-date and accurate client files, departmental files and databases, as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations; Fills in for other program staff, as needed; Works collaboratively with other Program staff and landlords to resolve any rent calculation issues; Knows and complies with the laws and regulations relevant to the position and services. X Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds. X Climb up and down up to 5 flights of stairs at a time. X Lift up to 25 pounds.
