Job Description Job Summary:
The Housing Intern will support the daily operations of the Associate Housing team by assisting the Housing Manager in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized living environment for associates. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative support, facilities coordination, and internal communication within a luxury hospitality setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Updating daily housekeeping, fire safety, maintenance, and incident trackersUpdating daily utility meter readings submitted by the technicianAssisting with new associate check-insAssisting in new arrival room setupConducting spot checks of female apartmentsSupporting daily administrative & operational tasks as requiredFiling associates signed documentStore inventory update and reporting necessary items to orderCompiling and submitting the monthly inspection report to the Associate Relations ManagerMonitoring the maintenance reporting channel and responding accordinglyUpdating and submitting the monthly accommodation report to the Associate Relations Manager
