Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Housing Assistant to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. As a Housing Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the common areas and grounds of the housing facilities while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents. What will you do?Clean and sanitize shared indoor and outdoor housing areas, ensuring all spaces are presentable, safe, and stocked with necessary supplies Assist with room turnover by cleaning, repairing, and preparing spaces for new guests in coordination with maintenance and housing teams Support room inspections by documenting findings and helping implement corrective actions as needed Maintain organized and accessible housing storage areas, track inventory of cleaning supplies, and notify the Site or Human Resources Coordinator when restocking is needed Act as the first point of contact for housing-related cleaning or maintenance concerns, escalating issues promptly to appropriate personnel 

More about youHigh school degree or GED required  Previous custodial or maintenance experience is preferred but not required Must have a valid California Driver’s license with the ability to transport team members  Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
