The Housekeeping Team Leader is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. Excellent communication skills as well as basic computer skills are preferred as well as prior supervisory experience.

Indonesian citizen, ideally graduated from Hospitality major Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera Fidelio Self-motivated and outgoing personality, enjoy working as part of a team Strong Leadership with excellent communication skills, interpersonal skill, and great eye for detail Language proficiency in written spoken English and Indonesian
