We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who is ready to lead with purpose, inspire a team, and ensure every guest walks into a clean, safe, and well-maintained space.

What You’ll Do:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead the day-to-day housekeeping operations while working alongside your team to uphold our standards. You’ll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and people-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and forecast for housekeeping operations based on hotel occupancyEncourage, train, and motivate team members while setting clear expectationsPerform daily inspections of guest rooms and public areasPartner with Maintenance to ensure repairs are handled promptlyManage housekeeping supply inventory, uniforms, and linen controlMonitor lost found and maintain key securityAddress guest needs quickly and professionallyEnsure OSHA and NHG safety complianceAct as Manager on Duty when scheduled

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in housekeeping preferred; leadership experience a plusStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)Familiarity with cleaning equipment, safety procedures, and guest service practices Certifications required (training provided if needed) Physical requirement: Moving furniture and use of hand or lightweight powered cleaning equipment Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
