Job Description

Join Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort as our Housekeeping Supervisor and lead a dedicated team in one of Australia’s most picturesque alpine destinations.

In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring our apartments and resort facilities are presented to the highest standard for every guest. You’ll provide guidance and training to the housekeeping team while working closely with the Resort Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What you’ll do:

Supervise the housekeeping team to maintain high cleaning standardsCoordinate daily room allocations and workload managementTrain, motivate and support team members to achieve excellenceConduct inspections of guest rooms and public areasManage stock control of cleaning supplies and linenAssist with rostering and ensuring team efficiencyUphold workplace safety and compliance procedures

QualificationsPrevious housekeeping supervisory or team leader experienceStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and a passion for guest serviceFlexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekendsPositive, reliable, and hands-on attitude
