What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our resort running smoothly and beautifully:

Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team to deliver spotless rooms and inviting public spaces.

Conduct regular inspections and take swift action to maintain resort cleanliness standards.

Jump in where needed—whether it’s deep cleaning, full room turns, or supporting special projects.

Manage housekeeping inventory, order supplies, and ensure safe storage and handling.

Develop and oversee annual deep-cleaning schedules.

Respond promptly to guest needs, from room concerns to service requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.

Collaborate with other resort departments to create a seamless guest experience.

Serve as the go-to leader during housekeeping-related emergencies.

Support the Resort Manager with reporting, projects, and operational needs.

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years in hospitality housekeeping; resort or timeshare experience strongly preferred.

Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Knowledge of OSHA, MSDS, and safe chemical handling procedures.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends (Friday–Sunday), and holidays.
