We’re currently recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to support and lead our dedicated Housekeeping team at Hilton Adelaide. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for detail, and love creating a clean and welcoming guest experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Hilton Adelaide is centrally located, overlooking Victoria Square. The hotel has 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Hilton Adelaide offers unrivalled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5-star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet, eat and sleep, all under one roof.

What Will I Be Doing?

\n\nAllocating daily duties to Housekeeping Team Members\nPerforming routine inspections of guest rooms and conducting spot checks on occupied rooms\nReporting and following up on maintenance issues or safety hazards\nAssist with rostering, managing timecards, and attendance tracking to ensure efficient staffing and payroll accuracy\nInspecting service areas, storage rooms, and corridors for cleanliness and organisation\nSupervising deep cleans and other periodic cleaning projects\nTraining and supporting Room Attendants and other housekeeping staff to meet performance standards\nManaging stock levels and equipment care efficiently\nProviding excellent guest service, including handling VIP or special requests\nMaintaining adherence to Hilton brand standards and policies at all times\n\n

What We’re Looking For

\n\nPrevious experience in a Housekeeping supervisory or senior team member role\nA successful track record of managing or mentoring a team\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness\nExcellent time management and organisational skills\nConfident communication and leadership abilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel systems (advantageous)\nA passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences\nFlexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays\n
