What will be my role?
\nAs a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will take on a dual role supporting both the Housekeeping Department and the Front Desk area, ensuring excellence in the hotel’s daily operations. You will be responsible for coordinating key operational tasks that directly impact the guest experience, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality.
\nSpecifically, as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will perform the following tasks:
\n\n\nAllocate daily tasks to the housekeeping team, ensuring proper floor and shift coverage
\n\n\nConduct routine inspections of check-out rooms and spot-check occupied rooms
\n\n\nReport and follow up on any maintenance issues or other concerns found in guest rooms
\n\n\nRoutinely inspect service areas, storage rooms, and corridors to ensure order and functionality
\n\n\nSchedule and monitor special projects, such as deep cleaning initiatives
\n\n\nTrain and support Room Attendants and new team members in operational procedures
\n\n\nEfficiently manage supply stock and the maintenance of cleaning equipment
\n\n\nProvide personalized attention to guests, including VIPs and those with special requests
\n\n\nFront Desk–related tasks:
\n\n\nAssist with check-in and check-out processes during peak times or in the absence of Front Desk staff
\n\n\nSupport guests with general inquiries, requests, or complaints, escalating as needed
\n\n\nCoordinate room cleaning priorities with Housekeeping based on early arrivals or late departures
\n\n\nHandle internal and external guest requests via phone or radio, ensuring prompt response times
\n\n\nAssist in preparing room assignments and updating room status in the system
\n\n\nFoster smooth communication between departments to ensure efficient operations and a seamless guest experience
\n\n\nEnsure compliance with brand standards and service protocols in every guest interaction

\nHousekeeping Floor Supervisors at Hilton brand hotels act on behalf of our Guests and collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience. This position also includes the operational supervision of the Front Desk area, so we are looking for a versatile profile with a strong sense of service and leadership in both areas. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following attitude, behaviors, skills, and values:
\n\n\nPrevious experience in a supervisory role in Housekeeping and/or Front Desk
\n\n\nA proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams
\n\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
\n\n\nAttention to detail and commitment to brand standards
\n\n\nExcellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to handle guest interactions
\n\n\nA passion for delivering exceptional service, both in-room and through direct guest contact
\n\n\nProficiency in hotel systems and computer programs, including Microsoft Office, is preferred
