About the role:

The Housekeeping Manager ensures the highest level of cleanliness, comfort, and service excellence for all guests in alignment with the Four Seasons standards. The role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments and for maintaining an immaculate environment across all guest rooms, public areas, heart-of-house spaces, and laundry services. The Housekeeping Manager is also in charge of overseeing staff development, operational efficiency, labor productivity and continuous innovation to support an exceptional guest experience while protecting and maintaining the hotel’s assets. 

What You will do:

Supervise day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Ensure consistent delivery of luxury-level service and hygiene standards across all areas, meeting brand standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety. Ensure timely and flawless room readiness to support high occupancy levels and personalized guest arrivals. Support the Executive Housekeeper in implementing policies, procedures, and quality standards to reflect evolving luxury expectations, sustainability initiatives, and brand guidelines.  Lead room inspections with special attention to VIP and special request / occasion rooms, aiming to personalize the guest experience and create special set ups and moments.  Coordinate daily staffing needs and task assignments based on occupancy and business levels.  Train, coach, and guide housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.  Monitor inventory of linen, guest amenities, uniforms, and cleaning supplies; ensure timely requests and restocking. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Collaborate with Guest Experience and Front Office teams to ensure seamless communication and support for personalized guest experiences. Monitor and respond to guest feedback in real time, taking corrective action where required to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Assist in managing departmental costs and controlling waste. Act as the department head in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper. 

What You will bring:

Minimum 3 years in a housekeeper management role. Understanding of FF&E/OSE lifecycles and impact on operations. University Degree in Hospitality Management Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams. Strong financial acumen and operational analytics experience; familiarity with budgeting and labor management.
