Minimum requirements:
Matric  Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or closely related field 2-3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality industry Flexibility to live on-site and work irregular hours as needed Physically capable of performing tasks Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards Familiarity with inventory control and budget management
