About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.What You Will DoLead the housekeeping pre-opening tasks including sourcing supplies, setting up systems and workflows, and hiring and onboarding team members.
Establish and implement housekeeping standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house.
Manage daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure all guest rooms, residences, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are impeccably maintained.
Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
Recruit, train, and mentor the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring Four Seasons standards and service culture are delivered consistently.
Implement inspection and quality control measures to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Front Office, and Residences teams to ensure readiness, efficiency, and seamless guest experiences.
Handle guest requests, preferences, and complaints related to housekeeping with professionalism and attention to detail.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including LQA and Forbes guidelines.
Analyze departmental performance through regular reporting and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Lead the team with empathy, inclusivity, and excellence, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
What You BringPrevious experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex housekeeping operations.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to exceptional standards.
Knowledge of housekeeping systems (e.g., HotSOS or similar), scheduling tools, and inventory control.
Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
