Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Housekeeping Coordinator to join the team.

The Role of Housekeeping Coordinator:

As a Housekeeping Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating a smooth transition for departmental requests. You will work closely with Reception and Floor Housekeepers for Room status updates and completes administrative duties as directed.

What you'll do:

Answer the Housekeeping Office telephone and handle guest and team member requests professionally

Take and relay messages accurately and promptly

Monitor and assign tasks using internal request systems (e.g., HotSOS)

Coordinate room status updates with Reception and Floor Housekeepers

Perform administrative duties as directed by the Housekeeping leadership team

Support the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction

What you bring:

1–2 years of experience in a similar role

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively

Strong computer skills; experience with Opera and HotSOS is a plus

Legal right to work in the UK

Immaculate personal presentation

A passion for customer service and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs

All candidates must possess the Right to Work in the UK
