What will I be doing?
\nAs a Housekeeping Assistant, you are responsible for ensuring cleanliness of public areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Housekeeping Assistant will also be required to replace guest amenities and assist with guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nEnsure cleanliness of public areas\nClean guest bedrooms and bathrooms\nVacuum rooms and corridors\nChange and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines\nUndertake regular deep cleaning tasks\nRestock and maintain trolley on daily basis\nBe environmentally aware\nDispose of waste accordingly\nCarry out lost property procedures\nManage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner\nManage master keys in his/her possession\nCheck public areas and toilets taking remedial action where necessary\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\n\n\n
