We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Christian Care – Cottonwood Campus, a senior living community. In this essential role, you will help ensure our senior residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas while upholding the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism.
This is a PRN (as-needed) position, offering flexible hours based on the needs of the residents and your availability.
Responsibilities Clean resident apartments, common areas, and restrooms following established proceduresOperate and maintain housekeeping equipment, including vacuums and floor care toolsAssist with light building cleaning, laundry duties, and trash removalMaintain clean and orderly outside entrywaysFollow daily task lists and report maintenance issues as neededHandle cleaning chemicals safely and effectivelyCommunicate courteously with residents, staff, and visitors Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious housekeeping experience in a facility setting preferredComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionAble to read and understand written instructions and policies in EnglishMust pass a drug screening and have a current TB test (or obtain one prior to hire)Must be willing to complete additional training as offered
