About the Role: Household Coordinator

As an Household Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Wesley on Grand. 

As a Household Coordinator, you will:  

Coordinate and Deliver Clinical Excellence: Perform routine RN charge duties, contribute to care conferences, and manage care plans tailored to each resident's needs, ensuring high-quality healthcare services. Supervise and Develop Household Team Members: Provide orientation, training, and ongoing support for staff; assist in scheduling; give input on evaluations; and help resolve employee issues in collaboration with leadership. Foster Strong Communication and Teamwork: Serve as a key liaison across shifts and departments, promote collaborative care, and maintain professional relationships with residents and families. Ensure Safety, Compliance, and Quality Standards: Uphold safety protocols, participate in audits and inspections, and support continuous quality assurance initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and promote a secure care environment.

Open Shifts Available: 

Full-Time, On-Call every 5th weekend  

Qualifications: 

Knowledgeable in nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care Supervisory and leadership skills to develop/supervise staff in a team environment State of Iowa RN or LPN License

Pay range for the this position is $63,000-$84,000/yr and is based on years of experience DailyPay Access: Get paid when you need it — instantly access your earnings before payday  Flexible Scheduling: We work with your needs and schedule   Shift Differentials: 2nd Shift-$3.50/hr, 3rd Shift-$5.00/hr and Weekends-$1.00/hr

Sign on bonus of $5,000 for Full-Time team members
