The House supervisor is required to ensure patient care and safety is met for all units by ensuring clinical staff are following code of ethics and code of conduct. HS coordinates the response to significant, planned or unplanned events that threaten the institution's people, structures, ability to operate, assets and/or reputation. HS will round with both patients and employees, being open to feedback to create efficiencies and process improvement.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services, ICARE standards, adherence to the Code of Conduct, organization policies, ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Administration and Code of Ethics for Nurses.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor of Science in Nursing Minimum 3 years related nursing experience Minimum 1 year progressive nurse leadership experience License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Maintain current BLS Possesses current state RN license. National Nursing Leadership Certification (when eligible) ACLS (within 6 months of hire)Pay Status:
