Job Description:

Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants; may include taking supplies directly to room attendants. Unload soiled linen from rooms and carts then transport to laundry area Unload trash from housekeeping carts and dispose of refuse Process guest request calls in a friendly and timely manner.  Perform deep clean projects for corridors, guest rooms and back of house. Report needed repairs Process trash from service landings and trash room to loading dock dumpster. Vacuum, sweep, mop hallways, stairwells and service elevator landings Clean windows and mirrors in the hotel

 

Required Skills & Abilities:

Able to perform repetitive motions; bending, stooping, kneeling, stretching, reaching Ability to lift, carry, push and pull at least 50 pounds Able to stand on feet for at least eight (8) hours Flexible availability to work any shift/day, including holidays and weekends Ability to communicate in English, bilingual is a plus Previous customer service experience to engage with guests
