Check out this video for more information on our great company! Location Description The Flamingo Resort & Spa is a mid-century marvel in The Valley of the Moon. The buildings, rendered with natural materials and iconic angular silhouettes, are the work of master architect Homer A. Rissman. Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat. Overview The House Attendant plays a key role in supporting the Housekeeping team to ensure our guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and comfort. This position requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail to maintain the welcoming environment of the Flamingo Resort & Spa. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of all guest hallways, public areas, and service closets. Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and other needed items. Remove and dispose of trash, recyclables, and soiled linens in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure supplies are properly stocked and neatly arranged in housekeeping closets. Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with any housekeeping-related needs. Deep clean public areas as assigned (lobby, spa, hallways, fitness center, etc.). Ensure all safety standards are followed, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost & found items to supervisors. Assist with special cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleaning assignments. Support team members in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the resort. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $19.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
