As a Hotel Nurse cum Admin is responsible for providing medical assistance, promoting health and safety standards, and delivering first-aid care to guests and employees. In addition, this role supports administrative tasks related to HR, employee welfare, and health compliance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment within the hotel, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Provides medical attention to team members and guestsInteracts with team members and acts as a PR representative for the departmentEnsures that information is communicated throughout the companyCounsels team members and makes referrals to the employee assistance programmed  when requiredResponds to guest and team member requests in a timely and professional mannerActively promotes the services of the departmentMonitors and handles queries/complaints from team membersEnsures customer satisfaction according to department standardsMaintains the highest level of confidentiality in discussions with internal /external customersSubmits reports within the agreed deadlinesProduces accurate, well presented documentation and statisticsMaintains up to date, accurate filing of medical related issuesProvides administrative services for the medical plan and maintains up to date records for the medical planAbility to work unsupervisedConsistently performs job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracyMaintains First Aid boxesMonitors health and safety risk factors for the propertyUpdates information about sickness in a timely mannerSubmits invoices promptly to ensure no additional finance charges are incurredEstablishes and upkeeps par levels for supplies and equipment for the effective Nursing careFollows the correct procedure for requisitioning and orderingBecomes familiar with the financial aspect of the department. Administrative & HR Support

Support HR and management with administrative tasks such as maintaining staff health records and medical certificates.

Assist in coordinating employee insurance, sick leave documentation, and occupational health requirements.

Handle documentation and reporting related to workplace accidents or injuries.

Support general office administration (filing, correspondence, scheduling, etc.).

Assist with staff engagement activities and wellness programs.

Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations.
