What will you do?

• Elaboración de los Planes de Marketing de la Zona y Tarifarios bajo la supervisión del Director Comercial Regional. • Analizar y conocer exhaustivamente el mercado y la competencia definiendo acciones que permitan aumentar la cuota de mercado y posicionamiento de los Hoteles. • Seguimiento de ofertas y acciones tácticas orientadas a la consecución de objetivos tanto de ocupación como de tarifa media así como cotizaciones y seguimiento de grupos. • Realización de Famtrips y visitas a Agencias receptivas. • Reportar la información comercial relevante de la zona y competencia al Director Regional Comercial así como uso del CRM en lo concerniente a cotizaciones, ofertas y contratos. • Gestión del Revenue de sus Hoteles supervisando todos los canales de distribución en coordinación con el Channel Manager utilizando las herramientas de análisis y tomando medidas en consecuencia. • Supervisión y administración del proceso de actualizaciones de gestión de inventario y aplicación de la estrategia de precios y venta por canales de distribución para conseguir el máximo RevPar y cumplimiento del presupuesto. • Control y actualización de los contenidos (descripciones, fotos y fichas técnicas) publicados en los folletos de Tour operación y propios del Hotel. • Asistencia a Sales Blitz cuando sean requeridos para ello.

What are we looking for?

• Diplomatura o Licenciatura Universitaria. Se valora Postgrado en Escuela de Comercio (Dirección Comercial). • Idiomas: imprescindible Inglés y deseable Alemán o Francés adicional. • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en Departamentos Comerciales • Habilidades esenciales: polivalente, actitudes comerciales y orientación a resultados. Excelentes habilidades de Comunicación y relación, ordenado y organizado, Equilibrio Emocional y confianza en sí mismo. • Persona con perfil comercial marcado con clara orientación a las ventas. • Competencias deseadas: • Solución de problemas • Liderazgo • Orientación al Cliente • Iniciativa • Relaciones interpersonales • Conocimiento en la Gestión Operativa Dptos.
