Job Description

Responsible to assist the Front Office management team in ensuring seamless operations at the Front Desk. To include Guest Services. Train Front Desk and Guest Service Agents.

Create a warm and welcoming guest experience. Assist in resolving guest issues and recovery. Function as an MOD in absence of a manager.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk & Guest service Agents on a scheduled shift

Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed by Front Desk & Guest service Agents on a scheduled shift

Lead by example

Facilitate room blocks, shift reports and room inspections

Qualifications

2 year degree in related course of study with prior supervisory experience in a luxury labor hotel setting

Graduated Omni LID / SDDP may be considered in lieu of Front Desk Supervisor experience

Hotel PMs system experience, preferably Opera. Cashiering experience

Strong technical competencies, mentoring and engagement skills

Ability to stand entire shift

Ability to work a varied schedule in accordance with business needs
