As a Hotel Director, you will be responsible for acting as a strategic and operational leader overseeing the overall performance, guest experience, and profitability of the hotel. Minimum to anticipated maximum salary: $130,000 - $175,000

Pay

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?Lead and develop a multi-layered hotel operations team, including front desk, housekeeping, amenities, and front-line team members, while fostering a positive image through community outreach and corporate responsibility Align hotel goals with casino business objectives and ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences that meet Forbes Travel Guide and AAA 4 Diamond standards Oversee compliance with health, safety, sanitation, licensing, and hospitality regulations, including gaming and alcohol laws Manage departmental budgets and financial performance, optimizing profitability through strategic pricing, promotional planning, and operational efficiency Leverage guest feedback, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to enhance offerings, resolve high-profile guest issues, and maintain strong relationships with repeat VIP players 

More about youBachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field  Minimum of 7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience with success in managing properties with 150+ rooms, preferably in gaming or resort environments Proven track record in Forbes Travel Guide, AAA Diamond, or equivalent luxury rating systems Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue optimization, cost control, budget development, labor optimization, and P&L managementAbility to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License and be at least 21 years of age Extensive experience in luxury hospitality operations, guest relations, and service delivery with a deep understanding and passion for luxury hospitality trends, competitive landscape, guest expectations, innovation, and elevating team culture Advanced experience with hotel management systems, property management, and guest service platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Who we are
