Your Responsibilities: Install, Maintain & Repair: Commercial hot-side kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, steamers, and warmers Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and servicing to ensure optimal performance Documentation: Accurately complete service reports and maintenance logs Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and manufacturer guidelinesWhat You Need to Succeed: Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with hot-side food service equipment Certifications: Relevant technical certifications preferred (CFESA, EPA, etc.) Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical, gas, and mechanical systems Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs (assisted) and work in commercial kitchen environments Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaborativelyWhy Manpower?
