Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly upon arrival with professionalism and courtesy
Manage guest flow in the lobby and ensure guests are directed appropriately
Coordinate guest arrivals and departures in collaboration with the Front Office team
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the property and services
Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
Assist with reservations, guest requests, and VIP coordination
Ensure a seamless and hospitable guest journey from entry to check-in

Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
