At Anása, our signature Mediterranean dining experience at Conrad Dubai, every detail matters—from the food to the feeling you get the moment you walk in. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Hostess with warmth, presence, and a natural gift for making people feel welcome. You’ll be the first face our guests see and the final impression they remember. This role is about more than just reservations and seating, it’s about creating a sense of calm, connection, and class the moment they arrive.

What will you be doing?

As a Hostess at Anása, you will be the first impression of our restaurant—the one who sets the tone for each guest’s experience. Your role goes far beyond a simple greeting; it’s about offering a sense of welcome, attention, and calm from the very first interaction.

You will be entrusted to:

Greet and guide guests with warmth, elegance, and attentiveness, ensuring they feel genuinely seen and valuedConfidently manage guest inquiries, offering helpful responses in a timely and courteous mannerMaintain a strong understanding of the menu and offerings, allowing you to speak knowledgeably and assist guests in their journeyUphold Hilton’s grooming and presentation standards, always appearing polished, composed, and professionalHandle phone calls with care, capturing accurate messages and ensuring they reach the right person without delayOversee seating plans and table flow with discretion and efficiency, contributing to a smooth and elevated dining service

Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols, supporting a safe and exceptional environment for both guests and team members
