The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to all guests and team members.
Maintain neatness and cleanliness in the retail shop to ensure an inviting guest experience.
Possess strong knowledge of merchandise features and benefits; be familiar with all available offerings.
Follow inventory control procedures and ensure accurate product tracking.
Maintain current knowledge of Jamul Casino Resort amenities, events, and promotions to provide personalized guest service.
Support the Hotel Resort Host team by covering breaks, PTO, or shifts when needed (after completing training for Host duties).
Uphold the standards of the Jamul Casino Guest Service Program in all internal and external guest interactions.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) year of experience in retail and/or guest service preferred.
Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
Ability to earn and maintain a Gaming License.
Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
Ability to earn and maintain RBS certification within 30 days of employment.
