• Prior experience in a luxury hotel, serviced apartment or residential front office environment is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity and service-minded attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Opera cloud system is an advantage.
• Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
