You will be responsible in assisting guests and internal teams via phone, email and messaging platforms. Your role involves handling a wide range of guest requests and inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring personalized and seamless service aligned with brand standards. You are instrumental in creating a positive first impression and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction even from a distance.

• Previous experience in customer service, call center or hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Clear, articulate phone manner and a friendly with empathetic attitude.
• Proficient in English; multilingual abilities is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes calmly and professionally.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera Cloud or call center software) is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Communications or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
