Position Summary:
As a Dining Host, you will be the first friendly face our residents and guests see as they enter the dining area. Your attention to detail, kindness, and coordination skills help ensure smooth seating and excellent service—setting the tone for an enjoyable, restaurant-style dining experience rooted in freshness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalismManage the flow of the dining room and maintain seating/reservation lists for accuracyCommunicate clearly with servers and culinary staff to meet residents' needsFoster a friendly, accommodating environment for all residents and guestsAssist with light service or administrative tasks as neededEnsures Dining Room is clean and closed in preparation for the next day

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality or customer service preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, approachable, and organized under pressureAvailability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysA passion for working with older adults in a supportive setting

Pay Range: $17.25-25.00

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
