• Prior experience in a concierge, front office or guest service role preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong local knowledge of attractions, restaurants and cultural sites.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
