Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Hosts to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing the host station.

What will you do?Review floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating chartsSeat guests and maintain control of wait timesInspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setupSpeak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leavingAnswer restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation

More about youMust be at least 18 years old.Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidaysPrior experience in a guest service environment preferred.Attentive and detailed oriented.Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Capable of performing specified procedures and following instructions.Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and co-workers.
