The Opportunity
AgeCare is seeking a Hospitality Services Manager to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional food, housekeeping, laundry, and janitorial services in our Supportive Living and Long-Term Care environments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about enhancing the lives of residents every day.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations of hospitality services including food service, housekeeping, and laundry
Lead and support a diverse team through hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching
Ensure compliance with safety standards and audit requirements
Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to deliver high-quality service
Manage budgets, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives
Champion a safe, respectful, and team-oriented culture
What You Bring
2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or a related field
CSNM Certification
Degree in related industry or business setting
Certification in Food Safety; Red Seal and/or First Aid are assets
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their daily experience
