What will you do?
Manage and oversee a talented team of servers, waitstaff, and bartenders, ensuring flawless execution of premium hospitality services.Ensure consistent delivery of the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction within the Diamond Club.Train, mentor, and develop team members to maintain excellence in service and professionalism.Collaborate closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and exceptional service delivery.Respond proactively to guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with Delaware North’s policies and procedures.
More about youMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high volume environment is required Exceptional guest service skills, emphasizing proactive and attentive guest engagement.Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced, premium hospitality setting.Prior experience in food hospitality, preferably in upscale dining environments.Strong communication and organizational skills.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with the baseball season schedule.
Physical requirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up of suiteAbility to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed
