Job Summary
The Hospitality Services Supervisor leads a cross-functional team and oversees daily operations. This role partners with the Hospitality Director to align workplace initiatives with operational and financial goals, foster strong client relationships, and support community engagement in a dynamic environment.
Core Functions Serve as the main point of contact for all guests, employees, clients and vendorsSupport office logisticsBuild and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate standardsFoster a collaborative team environmentLeverage leadership training to support team developmentPrepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering all office metricsCoordinate and communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure accurate space and catering bookingsResolve space and amenities issues to enhance user experienceManage the team inbox and escalate service issues as neededGuide and coach ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest experiencesMonitor floor activity, and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery
ResponsibilitiesSchedule staff to ensure full coverage across service areas in close collaboration with Accenture Floor LeadershipCommunicate proactively with team and leadership, especially regarding changes or support needsMaintain and audit online tools and processes for accuracyAssist with workplace requests and workplace needsDeliver and train team in white glove service; elevated attention to high level guests and meetings; influence and build skills in team members to maintain service standardsLead daily team briefings and task coordinationAct as escalation point for service issues and customer feedbackPerform administrative duties and guide team membersOversee a large team of Welcome Hosts across multiple floorsSupport onboarding of new team membersAssist with onsite events and desk coverageManage employee and visitor badge processes per client standardsPerform other duties as required
Key CompetenciesQuick, strategic, and analytical thinkingStrong client relationship and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong presentation and listening skillsAbility to multitask under pressure while maintaining professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace technologyDependable, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellenceEthical and discreet with an elevated level of confidentialityOwnership mindset and initiative-taking approachMinimum of one year experience managing high-volume, multi-department operations in corporate or luxury hospitalitySkilled in business analysis and client value deliveryProven leadership in team development and service excellence training
