Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed. Answer guest inquiries regarding services, facilities, and general information. Handle guest requests, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Food and Beverage Service: Assist with setting up and maintaining buffet stations, dining areas, Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and service.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry moderate weights, stand or walk for extended periods.
