We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team on a part-time, ad hoc basis to provide patient watch services within a hospital environment.
This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors, particularly in cases where patients require close observation due to behavioral, medical, or safety concerns. You will work closely with clinical teams to maintain a safe environment, offering a calm and reassuring presence while observing and reporting any concerns in real time. Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity Verify identities and control access to secure areas React quickly to threats or incidents Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras Document incidents and actions taken Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents Provide constant observation of assigned patients to ensure safety and prevent incidents. Maintain a calm, professional, and alert presence at all times. Follow hospital policies and security protocols. De-escalate situations as needed and report incidents to clinical or security staff promptly. Accurately document observations and maintain shift logs as required.
