WORK IS ON SITE, REQUIRES LOCAL RESIDENCY
Position Purpose
The Pharmacy 340B Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day compliance review, and operations of the 340B Program including: clinic administered medications in eligible locations, mixed use areas managed by split billing software, and outpatient prescriptions fulfilled by contract 340B pharmacies. The 340B Analyst will have responsibility for these auditing and compliance measures for 340B programs within Trinity Health Of New England (THOfNE).
What you will do
Acts as a 340B subject matter expert by coordinating all aspects of the 340B program, working with the Pharmacy, Finance, Corporate Compliance and Patient Services Departments to ensure continuous compliance with all relevant federal/state standards/guidance/regulations/laws as well as hospital policies, procedures, and guidelines
Evaluates all utilization records and purchasing accounts in order to ensure that billing extract data and split billing software are working appropriately.
Supports all 340B compliance tasks to ensure compliance with 340B requirements and routinely performs program audits
Involved with all audits to identify risk, prevent duplicate discounts and diversion, and adjusts processes to limit program liabilities. Actively participates in preparatory and actual HRSA audits across the region
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in business or related field, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability
Experience with 340B program management and/or pharmacy experience preferred
Skill with spreadsheets and other accounting applications (Excel, Lotus, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
